Principals and Directors from LESNW learning communities engaged in the second workshop facilitated by Dr. Richard Owens, building on the learning and actions from workshop 1 in November 2017.
The group shared actions they have taken since the first workshop. Areas of focus included personal mastery through journaling, case clinics, the power of choice, experimenting with time, Teacher Inquiry Groups, and projecting forward. These sessions are proving invaluable to leaders, in developing a system leadership approach within and between learning communities as well as a common language to supporting leadership for the emerging future.
Principal network groups are exploring the use of the tools used in these workshops, to guide professional dialogue and generative thinking.
