Recently Professor Martin Westwell was keynote at a Learning Environments Australasia conference day that our office Education Team members had opportunity to attend. These days are always excellent and one highlight was Professor Martin’s talk which spoke to the new directions of the SACE and implications for curriculum, pedagogy and learning spaces. This presentation was such that we felt that there was a very important message for all our leadership in schools to hear and Professor Martin has generously agreed to present to leaders at the commencement of the next SALLS meeting on November 1st at 9am
While the meeting itself is generally for secondary leaders, the session from 9am until 10am with Professor Martin Westwell has been opened up to leaders of primary as well as secondary. This is because the message regarding future SACE directions has implications across the schooling spectrum.
