“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.” (Colossians 1:9-12)

As I have said over the past few years, the new year is always a great time to re-set goals and priorities. Early this year, the board will be working on refining and re-tuning our Strategic Intentions to ensure that the regional team provides you with the best support and resource we can. We are always encouraged by your feedback so please feel free to get in touch with us at any time.
In my own business I know the importance of making sure that our service offering is aligned to the needs of our customers, and this requires us to constantly review and refine what and how we do things. My view is that if we are standing still, we are going backwards based on the rapid change in our environment these days. As a regional office and team, we will continually look to support and help you in the best way we can so you can be the best learning community that you can.

My aim this year in Board Matters is to provide you with feedback from the LESNW board activities and events. Jane Mueller is doing a fantastic job in providing you with rich information and resources so there’s certainly no need for me to talk into that space.

I truly wish you all God’s grace and love, His wisdom and discernment as you approach another year in your community. I admire your dedication and passion to provide our students and families the best learning experience, in an environment where God’s love is so evident through what you do each and every day.
