The new No Jab, No Play law comes into effect on 7 August for all early childhood service providers.
This includes a service that provides the education and/or care of children under the age of 6 years, such as childcare, family day care, occasional care, kindergarten and early learning centres, including early childhood services provided at primary school sites.
Services such as primary education, playgroups, or services comprising out of school care are excluded.
SA Health has developed new information on the No Jab No Play requirements. Fact sheets of FAQs for Parents and Service providers can be accessed at the SA Health website: Early childhood services and immunisation requirements | SA Health
