Leadership Summit: Navigator Lutheran College building individual and collective leadership capabilities through developing a culture of collaboration
It was fabulous to be able to meet face to face with leadership teams individually throughout the day and collectively as part of the regular Leadership Summit sessions at Navigator College.
As part of the check in each participant shared how their thinking about collaboration had changed over the past months, eg “I used to think it was a structure I had to follow to get the team to do different roles…Now I see it as developing a culture of listening and respect which is built over time and where we collectively co-create”.
We went on to explore the Four Player Model which explores the various stances we can take when working together. Possibly the most revealing part of the summit involved visualizing our vision for collaboration and our current reality, exploring ways of cultivating the capacity to hold the creative tension between both.
